Terms of Service

1. Services Overview

Agentraa provides business consulting services including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma certification, Power BI analytics training, digital transformation consulting, and talent acquisition strategy. All services are subject to these Terms and any additional agreements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting our contact form, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use our services.

3. Service Agreements

Specific consulting engagements will be governed by:

• A separate Statement of Work (SOW)
• Payment terms and schedules
• Confidentiality agreements
• Project-specific deliverables and timelines

4. Payments and Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are due as specified in the invoice
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest
• Custom training requires 50% deposit
• Certification fees are non-refundable after materials are issued

5. Cancellation Policy

Consulting engagements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Scheduled training sessions require at least 15 business days notice for rescheduling without penalty. Cancellation fees may apply.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the consulting relationship. This obligation continues for 3 years after termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agentraas total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San José, Costa Rica.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
